On the first Monday of Sawan, a crowd of devotees gathered for Jalabhishek at the mythological Shiva temple at Chitreshwar in Bahragora block.
Chitreshwar Dham resounded with the slogan Bol Bam. A crowd of devotees started gathering in the morning to worship at this Shiva temple. Devotees had to line up to offer prayers.
Many devotees from Jharkhand, West Bengal, and Odisha gathered here to offer prayers.
The head priest of the temple, Deepak Kumar Satpati, assistant priest Dipankar Satpati, Swapan Satpati, and Janki Nath Dubey offered prayers to the devotees.
Temple Committee Secretary Khagendra Nath Satpati, Treasurer Shashank Shekhar Lenka, Shakti Pad Barik members, Krishna Ranjan Saav, Amresh Rath, Ardhandu Prahraj, Satyen Saav, Dilip Bhuiyan etc. remained ready.
